Our client has a permanent vacancy for a Customer Support specialist to join their friendly client services team. The role supports the Account Managers and clients and advises on other services.

**The job**:
Deal with calls, using empathy and active listening skills to ensure issues are dealt with to a satisfactory resolution.

Maintain up to date and accurate knowledge on the full range of services, to be able to advise customers appropriately.

Maintenance of systems to ensure requirements are recorded and actioned accurately.

Implementation of targeted promotions.

Liaison with internal teams.

Advising clients appropriately about the range of products and services.

Attending events as appropriate and client training on systems where appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- Customer-centric approach.
- Appropriate telephone etiquette.
- Attention to detail.
- Good administrative skills, able to prioritise workload and work on own initiative.
- IT literate.
- Good levels of literacy and numeracy.
- Problem-solving and solutions-focused.
- Positive and constructive approach to working with others.
- Experience of B2B and B2C client support.
- Proven experience of working in a fast-paced, changing environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
