Operations Coordinator

We're looking for an Operations Coordinator with experience within the engineering industry. Working within a small, family feel team, you will be exposed to all areas of the business.
You will be ensuring the effective running of the office function and assisting directors, providing daily support when required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong analytical skills and financial awareness, looking for their next opportunity.
The role will include:
- Vehicle management including annual servicing, MOT's, insurance, breakdowns, parking tickets and monthly checks
- Manage the returns process to suppliers
- Sign off monthly invoices and reconcile against jobs
- Assist with credit control
- Provide regular support to accounts and become competent in all required systems
- General running of the office i.e., ordering uniform, managing post and ordering stationery and supplies
- Booking training programmes
- Accountable for health and safety audits
- Assist with maintaining client portals and permits ensuring they are kept up to date
- General AD-HOC PA duties to the directors
- Look for continuous improvements and cost savings in the day to day running of the business
We are looking for:
- Confident in the use of Microsoft office - Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Highly organised and proven ability to juggle busy workloads
- Finical awareness i.e. forecasting, costings & margins
- Excellent analytical skills
