Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Rental Operations Coordinator to join our team at Verto People. The successful candidate will provide logistical support and organisation of day-to-day operations within the rental department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organise transport and transport records to ensure the smooth collection and rental of pump equipment, services, and related products/services.
  • Liaise with various engineering departments, including sales, service, projects, finance, procurement, and more to ensure smooth running of branch rental operations.
  • Be in daily contact with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience in a hire controller, rental controller, rental coordinator, equipment controller, service coordinator, hire coordinator, technical support engineer, logistics planner, transport controller, service planner, rental planner, or similar administrative support role.
  • Administrative, logistical, and support experience ideally within an engineering industry.
  • Good planning and organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various engineering departments.
  • Strong level of IT competency including the ability to work with booking systems, Excel spreadsheets, and more.
  • Must be commutable to the office near Bracknell.
