**Job Title: Design and Marketing Assistant**

**Location: Bath and Swindon / Hybrid working**

**This is an exciting opportunity to join anaward-winning accountancy firm with 7 offices across the Southwest.**

**Monahans is currently looking to recruit an enthusiasticDesign and Marketing Assistant to join the team based at our Bath and Swindonoffices.**

**The role will include you being involved inall aspects of the marketing mix and will offer you a chance to get involvedwith a progressive and fast paced company.**

**You will have the ability to work effectivelyon your own initiative as well as in a team. The successful applicant will haveexcellent English and writing skills as well as imagination and initiative tocreate professional collateral. You will be accustomed to using Adobe CreativeSuite and some experience working with digital marketing software.**

**About you**

To be successful in this roleyou need to have excellent communication skills with excellent attention todetail. A confident communicator (both verbal and written) with a personableand professional manner and the ability to interact and relate to all levels ofstaff and build strong working relationships. Other qualities, skills andexperience to include:

- Good skillsworking with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat& Premier Pro)
- Previousexperience working with video and editing skills would be an advantage (AdobePremier Pro)
- Ability totake a problem-solving approach to analyse information and situations and generatereasoned and risk-based recommendations and solutions.
- Excellentplanning and organisational skills, good time management and the ability toremain calm under pressure.
- Flexibleand adaptable with the ability to work within a changing environment andrespond to different demands.
