Careers in design is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience in managing sales and sales staff for a project-based business, with knowledge gained from the interiors marketplace.

This role plays a major part in the Senior Management Team, which decides policy, strategy, and budgets. In addition, the role involves working in close collaboration with the interior design team on projects for your own accounts.

Key responsibilities:
  • Managing a team of three Business Development Managers and a Marketing Specialist
  • Leading creative marketing campaigns
  • Drafting contracts and other written materials

The ideal candidate will be intelligent, strategic, and analytical, with excellent communication skills. Monday and Fridays will be office-based with flexibility to work 1 day a week from home.

The company offers a competitive salary (£55k to £75k), a bonus, generous holiday scheme, pension, and company car.
