Universal Business Team is seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join their team in the South West of England. As a dynamic and self-motivated professional, you will be responsible for covering this region with 4 days on the road and 1 in the office.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in business growth and client relationship management. With a competitive salary of GBP50-60k and OTE of GBP65-75k, you will have the potential to earn a significant income.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of the trailer parts industry and a proven track record in building effective relationships and generating business leads. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

The job involves achieving and surpassing regional GP and revenue sales targets, developing strategic plans for your portfolio, and conducting regular field sales visits to both existing and potential clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date CRM system and providing market feedback to contribute to product development initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a full driving license and be able to travel extensively throughout the South West of England. In return, they can expect a rewarding and challenging role with opportunities for career progression and professional development.
