Opportunity Summary

We are seeking a talented Sales Support Executive to join our team in Weston-super-Mare. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining successful client relationships, supporting the Managing Director with enquiries, and obtaining prices from suppliers.

The salary for this role is £28k per annum plus commission, with an OTE of at least £40k. A UK Driving Licence is required for occasional site visits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining successful client relationships through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Supporting the Managing Director with incoming enquiries via telephone and email, providing accurate and timely responses to clients.
  • Obtaining prices from suppliers and contractors to prepare quotations for clients.
  • Processing orders accurately and efficiently up to the point of despatch.
  • Composing tenders for new works and identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Identifying and generating leads through data analysis and trend identification.
  • Negotiating and converting leads into key accounts through networking and marketing efforts.
  • Managing existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and telesales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and as an individual, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Able to develop client relationships and increase sales revenue through effective sales strategies.
