Redblu offers Creative Branding Solutions focusing on Custom Modular Exhibition Stand Design and Build across the UK.

We are looking for an exhibition project coordinator who will be responsible for Redblu’s clients’ events and projects, from the point of client confirmation to final delivery and later review.

Working closely with all internal and external departments, you will multi-task conflicting priorities with authority and use your knowledge and confidence in planning and delivering tangible results for Redblu’s clients and, ultimately, their customers.

Leading on events and project delivery, you will provide end-to-end management for events and related projects all over the country and be our clients’ first point of contact.

**Salary**:

- £23,000 - £28,000, depending on experience.

Bonus Experience/Skills:

- 2+ years experience with project coordinating custom exhibition stand builds.
- Degree in Event Management

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Research, develop, schedule, oversee and implement multifaceted events and projects for which you are designated; utilize resources and work with others in the team, ensuring effective planning and operational implementation, taking a hands-on approach as necessary to successfully deliver agreed requirements of each event.
- Create and manage project timelines and report to the team and our clients as required on progress, key milestones, and any client team deliverable deadlines. Monitor and report on progress against scheduled objectives to clientele, partners and sponsors.
- Keep project management software updated with live information - providing clients with a snapshot of delivery progress on a regular basis.
- Cultivate and balance highly complex relationships and processes with clients, sponsors and stakeholders, including setting up meetings and ensuring EPM’s contractual obligations are exceeded, delivered on time and within budget.
- Negotiate supplier contracts and costs.
- Manage all related supply and distribution channels and contract as needed in line with the requirements of each event/project.
- Preparation of all detailed on-site event management documentation as well as the verbal briefing of support staff, venue, and all suppliers directly responsible for delivering the event or conference. Responsible for the development and delivery of all health and safety, data, advertising, information, management and operational protocols to ensure that all events are legally compliant and safe.
- Travel to events (International & domestic) to manage installation and carry out a final handover to clients. Be onsite during show days (TBD) and dismantle.
- Management of event/project feedback channels: post-event final budget spend, attendance reporting, and client operational de-brief and post-event re-booking of venues for the following year where appropriate.
- Effectively lead, manage, support, coach, train, guide and motivate staff for whom you are responsible.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- UK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
