Therefore, as part of customer service team you have to understand and interpret customer requirements to design and produce accurate quotations to customers on behalf of SP Energy Networks.

**_ What you’ll be doing_**:
As Design Project Coordinator, you are responsible to deliver outputs in compliance with company and statutory requirements.

You shall Design and Quote for a Project interfacing with the customer or their representatives to establish their requirements undertaking network design calculations, cost estimates, preparing technical and financial authorisation paperwork and issuing the quotation as required.

Deliver excellent customer service to all aspects of your operation and actively promote customer service standards within area of responsibility while taking care of Customer Complaints, taking ownership and resolving as appropriate.

Interface with Customer, Site Agent and Resources to ensure the progression of the project and acceptance of the work, recognising and resolving with issues as they arise.

You should always focus on continuous improvement through quality processes while complying with proper safety documentation.

You should have working knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures and working practices along with the knowledge of Network Connections pricing policy and charging methodology.

You should have ability to negotiate, communicate and devise solutions to complex problems/challenges. Should have good people management skills.

Should have working knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.

**Minimum Criteria**
- Either a crafts qualification, apprenticeship S/NVQ or previous experience in a relevant area
- Higher Education or equivalent particularly in Maths and English.
- Computer literacy - e.g. Microsoft Office suite
- Working knowledge of company Health & Safety requirements and compliance
- Working knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures and working practices
