**Project Co ordinator role**

As a Project Co-ordinator, based primarily within our hub at 1 Findlay Drive, you will be responsible for the overall running of our activities and recovery offers between this facility and Haghill Community Hall.

The role will allow you to co-produce, design and implement these offers alongside our client group/s, volunteers and staff alike. This will include managing our staff/volunteers and ensuring the club promotes our charitable purposes as stated in our constitution. This will include ensuring that the club meets the requirements of any secured funding.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Undertake any administration duties within the role.
- Working with the project manager and other project coordinators to help identify the needs of the community to improve future programmes.
- To support, plan and develop any offers under the activities offer of The Club.
- Helping evaluate the success of programmes through staff and attendee’s feedback producing regular reports on success and improvements needed and working with the project manager to address these.
- Help develop and maintain relationships with partnership organisations.
- Attend regular meetings, ensure effective processes are in place to answer all queries in an efficiently timely manner
- Undertake and training and development opportunities that may be required.
- Any further tasks required in line with the role

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £22,880.00-£24,960.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Project Management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location
