**The Opportunity**
Customer Service & Home Claims Handler
Full Time Permanent positions - 40 hours per week.
Location - Lynchwood House, Peterborough Business Park / Hybrid Working available.
Base Salary: £22,857 - £24,000 (dependant on experience)
Shifts: Monday-Friday -8am-8pm / Saturdays 9am-5pm (1 in 4 Saturdays)
Weekly rotation; Latest shift 11-8pm.

Once your training has been completed and you are at the level required within the role there is opportunity for you to be able to work 1 day in the office per week (every Wednesday) and the rest working from home.

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service and Home Claims Handler to join our established and experienced Claims Department team here at RSA.

**The Role**
Your role will include initial training and support during which we will need you to be on site full time to ensure you are happy and comfortable in your role.

After training you can choose to be based fully on site or work within a hybrid working environment, we have a minimum expectation of one day per week in the office (Wednesday), although you may wish to work in the office more frequently than this.

To undertake your role partly from home you'll need good internet speed and a private, quiet space that's undisturbed to work effectively, and we will provide you with all the equipment needed.

- Passionate about delivering great customer service. You’re the first point of contact with our customer when they need help.

- Good communications skills, excellent time keeping, and computer literacy are major plusses.
- Previous customer service experience advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.
- Following successful completion of your induction you will work in a blended environment of office and at home.

- Starting salary of £22,857 - £24,000 based on experience.
- Performance related bonus payments equivalent of up to 7% of your annual salary.

increase pay.
- Employer Pension contribution of 9% with a further maximum match of 2% to give up to 11%.
- Life Assurance 10 times base salary.
