**Billing Administrator (logistics)**

**Full-time in the office or Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 working from home)**

**£24,000 - £25,000 depending on experience**

Expanding logistics business offering a “one stop shop” solution of all transport, haulage, pallets, courier mail and ecommerce are seeking a process driven **Billing Administrator** with excellent data management and Excel skills to join their small, effective team based in Filton, North Bristol.

This is an exciting role for an experienced and highly motivated **Administrator** who enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment and has superb IT skills to include working with different systems simultaneously. The **Billing Administrator** will have used Excel extensively to Intermediate level, CRM experience such as Salesforce or similar, together with a love of numbers and client interaction essential.

**Duties of the Billing Administrator**:

- Invoicing using bespoke invoicing system
- Invoicing utilising Excel to create the backing data and reporting
- Invoice checks utilising multiple booking platforms and service provider data
- Effectively investigating invoice queries through to resolution
- Raising and Tracking Claims and Credit Notes
- Data input for invoicing
- Dealing with quotations and ensuring that they are accurately invoiced
- Liaising with staff internally and service providers to always ensure client satisfaction
- Financial Archiving
- Willingness to cross train to ensure consistency

**Skills and person specification required** **of the Customer Account Administrator**:

- Computer literate - an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel to intermediate level, Outlook and CRM system such as Salesforce)
- Process driven with excellent data management
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to multi-task and retain information
- Confident, clear telephone manner
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, highly organised and thorough, even under pressure
- Positive Flexible and quick thinking
- A good head for numbers to ensure billing accuracy
- Able to plan and prioritise in order to accomplish your workload and meet deadlines

Hours: - full-time either 5am - 5.30pm or 7am - 4.30pm (Monday to Friday)
