An established, award-winning property company who have a solid reputation in their industry have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join them in their Bristol head office. The hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 17:30pm and an hour for lunch.You also get the option to work from home but will need to be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays as the rest of the team work in the office on those days
This is a great role for someone who has a great track record of, or ability to deliver excellent administrative assistance, communication, and organisation within a database driven role

The Administrator role:

- Inputting and reviewing client business rate bills for payment onto company rating software
- Reviewing client properties and business rate saving strategies, ensuring rates are correct
- Liaising with the local councils regarding discounts, credits, or changes
- Communicating with the accounts team, ensuring account records are up to date and to approve business rates
- Liaising with clients regarding funding requests or invoices
- Database management and keeping the systems up to date
- General administrative support

The ideal Administrator:

- Excellent with numbers
- Great attention to detail
- Previous accounts experience is desirable
- Experience within an admin role is ideal
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
