**About the Company**

A large multi-national organisation with their head office based in Co Down Northern Ireland, with recently winning exciting prospects and with an impressive order pipeline they're looking to expand their team with the recruitment of an Accounts Payable Admin to join their busy finance team.

**About the Job**

Reporting directly to the accounts payable manger the accounts payable administrator will assist with completing the following duties
- Maintain Purchase Ledger in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure Non-PO invoices are authorised, coded and processed
- Ensure all supplier invoices are processed in accordance to company policy
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Ensure weekly sub-contractor invoices are checked and processed in a timely manor
- Processing of company credit cards
- Prepare and process payments for weekly and monthly BACS payment runs
- Maintain supplier records
- Correspond with suppliers/sub-contractors and respond to enquiries
- Ad hoc reports/duties

**Your skills & experience**
- 5 GCSE’s grade A-C
- Good Microsoft Office skills - to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to take ownership of duties
- Demonstrate a good ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deal with high volume of processing
- Capable of task management
- Competitive salary
