We are actively looking for an **Accounts Administrator** to join our team

**Key Responsibilities**
- Day to day management of the account’s inbox
- Saving down all supplier invoices/statements into job folders for processing
- Issue weekly query report out to suppliers
- Agency labour timesheet management
- Updating weekly and monthly budgets
- New supplier set-up along with company/bank/VAT checks
- Correspond with suppliers/sub-contractors on enquires or queries
- Purchase Invoice Processing
- Responsible for archiving for the full accounts’ office
- Team stationery responsibility
- Support role for the processing team
- General administration duties

**Person Specification**

**Qualification**

**Essential**
- 5 GCSE's Grace A-C

**Experience & Knowledge**

**Essential**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an administration role
- Ability to take ownership of the role and willingness to grow and learn within the Accounts Payable team and wider company
- Demonstrate a good ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver tight deadlines around the Financial calendar
- Demonstrate good ability to work in a fast-paced environment to deliver tight deadlines
- Capable of task management, problem identification and resolution
- Good Microsoft Office Skills to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

**Desirable**
- Finance office experience

- Organised and structured approach to work with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
