**Temporary PT Housekeeping Assistant**
**Reference no: SGN 5240780**
**Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour PAYE
**25 Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 14:00**
**This opening assignment is for 3 months**
**City: LEICESTER**
**Basic DBS disclosure required**
Housekeeping and cleaning duties in PFI site properties, as per the cleaning specification
Key Responsibilities:
- To clean all communal areas in multi occupied accommodation as per cleaning specification
- Dispose of domestic refuse where applicable
- Clean and make ready for occupation vacant rooms, flats or houses as per cleaning specification as and when requested
- Clean designated occupied flats as per cleaning specification where applicable
- Clean all sanitary ware where applicable
- To clean the Accommodation Office as per specification as and when required
- Bed making, where applicable as and when requested
- Assist in the laundering of bed linen and other items as required
- Keep store cupboards and trolleys safe and tidy
- Have a clean and tidy appearance in line with Group Policies

**If you are successful in securing this role, please note that for the entire duration of this contract, regardless of extension you will be working this role at the PAYE rate that has been advertised. Exeperience:
- Previous experience of cleaning or housekeeping. Ideally this will be within a commercial environment (e.g hotel or shared accommodation)
Skills & Abilities:
- Effective communication in English
- ability to understand and follow Health and Safety, and cleaning product instructions and information.
