About the Role:

This is a field-based position responsible for generating new business by converting leads and building relationships with developers and installers. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Convert leads generated by the telesales team into new customers and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive company success.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role with a strong background in business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
