Join BPAS as an Executive Assistant, playing a crucial role in supporting the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) by providing seamless secretarial and administrative services.

As an Executive Assistant your responsibilities will include managing diaries, coordinating meetings, drafting impactful correspondence, and ensuring the smooth operation of key governance meetings. This role also involves general office administration, contributing to BPAS's professional image

Bringing a wealth of experience in office practices and previous PA roles, you'll be adept at minuting meetings for senior teams and boards. Your ability to navigate complex people situations, coupled with excellent organisational and administrative skills, will set you apart. Effective communication at senior levels, both internally and externally, will be a key skill of your professional toolkit.

This is a permanent full time role, working for 36 hours per week. This is a hybrid working arrangement where you will work from home and our office in Furnival Street in London. There is also an expectation to travel to BPAS Units nationwide depending on business needs.

**Main duties of the job**

In this dynamic role, you will be the centre of the ELT's efficiency. Managing and supporting the ELT's diary, handling correspondence, and drafting communications on behalf of the team will be at the core of your responsibilities. You'll be the architect behind successful meetings, taking detailed notes and distributing minutes promptly. Your role extends to preparing and disseminating information from ELT members, undertaking general office duties, and efficiently managing travel and accommodation arrangements.

Beyond executive support, you'll play a pivotal role in the administrative success of key governance meetings. From making arrangements for Board meetings, finance committees, and other project meetings to providing seamless secretarial support, your contribution will be integral. You'll also assist with departmental tasks, including timesheets and expense forms.
