**HR Administrator - 12m FTC**
**Basic salary up to £25,000 (DOE)**
**Hybrid working based part of the week from our Salisbury office and part of the week from home**

We have over 600 employees and 170 Wealth Advisors providing wealth management and financial planning services to individuals and corporate clients across the UK via our network of offices.
Due to continued growth Succession now have an outstanding opportunity for experienced Administrator to join our People Team as an HR Administrator.
**The role**
In this role you will get involved in all areas of HR, providing generalist support throughout the employee lifecycle. We are looking for someone with a flexible and positive attitude who enjoys a varied role and is able to manage a busy workload, prioritise and problem solve.
Your focus will be to deliver a proactive and flexible HR administration service by providing commercially focused first line HR guidance and support to all colleagues, whilst driving best practice and ensuring compliance with all company procedures, policies and employment legislation.

To be successful in the role you will need to bring a positive, pro-active attitude and drive to make things happen whilst consistently looking for new ways to improve services. You will need to be highly organised, able to cope under pressure and have fantastic interpersonal and communication skills.
You will also need:
- Experience in a fast-paced HR Administration role
- A ‘can do’ outcome focused attitude and approach, resourceful and works to make things happen taking others along with them
- A pro-active approach to work and problem solving, and the ability to spot and deal with issues as they occur
- Good literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages essential
- Knowledge of UK employment law and principles of good HR practise is desirable.
- A high level of personal integrity, demonstrated by displaying respect and empathy for others and being consistent, open and honest
