The RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team in Salisbury. The successful candidate will support the HR Manager, HR Advisor, and Recruitment Advisor with day-to-day HR administration, including responding to general HR queries, updating employee data, drafting letters and contracts, and performing ad hoc duties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including responding to queries and resolving issues.
- Update and maintain accurate employee data on HR systems.
- Draft and prepare correspondence, including letters and contracts.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
