The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team in Salisbury. The successful candidate will support the HR Manager, HR Advisor, and Recruitment Advisor with day-to-day HR administration, including responding to general HR queries, updating employee data, drafting letters and contracts, and performing ad hoc duties.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including responding to queries and resolving issues.
  2. Update and maintain accurate employee data on HR systems.
  3. Draft and prepare correspondence, including letters and contracts.
  4. Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A full UK driving license and willingness to travel between offices are also essential.
