Administrative Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's Service and Training Department as a part-time Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and effective administration of all service and training activities within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Booking and coordinating training sessions to ensure all aspects of delegate and training organisation, management, and administration are in place and completed in good time for a successful training experience.
2. Providing outstanding customer support in service by proactively managing incoming service and repair enquiries, maintaining accountability for callbacks.
3. Managing service engineer diaries, booking servicing and repairs with efficiency, ensuring accurate recording and administration, including quotations to customer requirements, processing sales orders, purchase orders, and invoicing.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual, able to multitask and manage conflicting priorities in a busy environment, working under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive mindset and cheerful disposition, are essential for success in this role.
