**The Role**
We have a vacancy in our team for an HR Administrator / Trainee HR Advisor, looking to increase their current knowledge and expertise and take the next step in their HR career.
Reporting to the HR Services Manager you will help support our diverse portfolio of clients with a range of HR and employment issues.
No 2 days will be the same, as well as general daily administration tasks, you will be exposed to a wide range of HR and employment issues including conduct and capability, redundancy and Tupe and all manner of employment law questions. You will be interpreting policies and procedures and be continuously improving your employment legislation knowledge.
**About You**
We don’t expect you to know all the answers just yet, but we do need you to be confident, friendly and approachable whilst talking to our clients on the telephone, have a pragmatic approach be organised and methodical taking precise notes and passing on the correct information to the relevant person and above all deliver exemplary customer service.
You will have experience of working in an HR environment supporting with drafting contracts and policies, recruitment and onboarding, holiday calculations and updating HR Systems.
You will receive full support and training from our HR Services Manager and experienced HR Advisors.
We prefer you to be CIPD NVQ Level 3 qualified and willing to work towards NVQ level 5.
**Conditions of the role**
You must be eligible to work and live in the UK without sponsorship.
You will be working Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5.30pm
Your salary will be Circa £24,000 gross per annum depending on experience.
You will be entitled to 25 days holiday per year plus 8 statutory public and bank holidays
After 6 months service you will be entitled to 5 days sick pay rising to 10 days after 2 years service.
This is an office base role, however, a hybrid working pattern will be considered after successful completion of your 3-month probationary period.
