HR Coordinator

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, commercial company who are looking for a reliable HR Coordinator to join their friendly team. Our client have thousands of clientele across the UK and pride themselves on their passionate, ambition, and bravery. This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing division of a trusted and renowned company.

**Primary role and attributes of the HR Coordinator will be**:

- Assisting new starters in all aspects of their journey
- Managing working request administration, including holiday entitlement and working patterns
- Updating and maintaining job descriptions for vacancies
- Assisting with monthly payroll administration
- Organising quarterly Company Update meetings, including staff invites and refreshments
- Booking training for staff as required
- Assisting with the recruitment and selection process
- Sorting documentation for leaving staff members

**Essential skills to succeed in this role**:

- Previous HR administration experience
- Attention to detail and personal organisation
- Reliable and trustworthy with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good verbal and written communication skills
