An exciting opportunity for a well-rounded, generalist HR Manager / Lead to join a group of construction industry companies (circa 100 employees) as the Group HR Manager.

**Permanent, full-time**

**Hybrid home/office from the HQ in Horley Surrey**

**Salary circa £50,000 pa (negotiable dependent on level of experience) + bonus & benefits**

**Travel**:On average two days a month travel required in East and West Midlands. Access to company car + travel expenses / overnight stay.

**The Group HR Lead duties will include**:

- HR Strategy and Planning for five subsidiaries reporting to the C-team
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Employee relations including disciplinaries and keeping up to date with employment law
- Third party management relating to all HR activities - Recruitment agencies and legal advice for example
- Overseeing all HR related platforms and driving best practices.
- Learning, training, & development management
- Reward and renumeration management
- Employee communications including employee events (with support from Marketing Manager).

**The Group HR Lead will have**:

- Demonstrable experience in a generalist HR Management role incorporating the tasks above.
- Ideally HR qualification and/or CIPD qualifications
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law
- Flexible to travel to subsidiary sites on average twice a month
