Part Time Team Lead

About the RoleThis part-time position involves working closely with the Service Manager to develop and implement effective care plans, manage a team of support staff, and ensure all aspects of service delivery meet regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to develop and implement care plans that cater to the unique needs of each service user.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of support staff to deliver exceptional care and support.
- Conduct regular supervisions and performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting their full potential.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
- Assume responsibility for the service in the absence of the Service Manager.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within social care.
- Understanding of sector-relevant legislation and regulatory bodies.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and prioritize tasks effectively.
