**Role: Senior Digital Operations Executive**

**Reporting to: Head of Digital Operations**

**Location: Preston, UK. Hybrid working in place, minimum 2 days per week in the office**

**Hours: 35 hours per week**

**The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Operations Executive to join our business. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the Group's websites, customer facing platforms and tools. Working with all teams across the organisation, this role requires someone who can bring together strong digital skills, operational excellence, and the ability to manage internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities:
**Team and Budget and Revenue Management**
- Support the management of the budget for all Marketing Tech platforms and tools.
- Support the Digital Operations Admin and Digital Operations Executive.
- Responsible for all new staff training ensuring they know how to use core Martech.
- Work with the SEO and Paid Media Manager to ensure the technical set up on all customer web platforms are SEO friendly (speed, UX, URL structure, tagging and tracking)

**Platform Management**
- System expert for our CMS & CRM and the day-to-day management of websites.
- Solve or delegate all support requests.
- Template set up and content hub builds with KREATIO guidance.
- Support the roll out new marketing platforms and other Martech including automation flows and end to end reporting with the team.
- Support the scoping, planning, and pricing of new digital commercial and marketing projects.
- Support the project management and resource allocation for all digital build elements of campaigns (Farming Can, Farm24, this is Ag, Beat the Parasites - over 40 big projects annually).

**Reporting and Analysing**
- Define and lead the analytics set up for all digital brands and for all new projects. Working with teams to ensure that we have consistent tracking across all campaigns.
- Troubleshoot and debug analytics implementation.
- Work across marketing and content to support both teams with analytics tracking
- Generate reports and providing insights and recommendations based on data
- Identify successes, setting and measuring KPIs, and identifying key insights to help shape the campaign strategy.
- Monitoring and reporting on social media campaigns across a range of platforms, researching and developing ways to enhance social media campaigns.

**Project Management**
- Report/manage project performance with notes on internal delivery.
- Manage the scoping of digital projects, understanding creative concepts and creating accurate documentation, including creative design briefs, sitemaps, and user flows.
- Supporting the production and upkeep of PM tools and documentation in support of digital projects

**Channel Marketing**
- Create and deploy with Marketing Manager a clear and consistent digital tracking strategy for all online customers.
