**Purpose**:We're on the hunt for a talented Digital Creator who can bring fresh and innovative thinking to Cure Clinics and play a vital part in driving the group forward on its exciting journey.

**Dimensions**:Full-Time. 40 hours Monday - Friday

**Report to**: Marketing Manager

**What You’d Be Doing in This Role**

As Cure Clinics continues to scale, change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So, this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

The Digital Creator will primarily be an expert in video creation but will have the scope and encouragement to develop across the full creative and content mix. They will work in a supportive and ambitious team with big plans for the next few years and will be able to make a huge contribution to that success. They will have a creative license and will be able to see the impact of their work in real-time.

Directly reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for filming, producing, overseeing, and managing best-in-class digital content for the Cure Clinics in collaboration with the marketing team. This is a highly creative, proactive, multi-disciplinary role mixing photography, videography, and motion graphics. As a newly created role, the Digital Creator, will bring to life Cure Clinics’ visual identity and influence the branding and content across all digital touchpoints for Dentistry, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy and General Practice.

**Activities**

In addition to supporting the overall marketing strategy, the Digital Creator will have the following responsibilities:

- Create engaging and relevant digital content including posts, images, and videos, that align with our brand voice and objectives.
- Lead on all elements of video capture and production. They will own the whole video production process from filming, lighting, and audio, through to the edit.
- Monitor and analyse metrics and performance to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, creative techniques, and changes in algorithms to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Edit raw footage into polished and visually appealing videos, ensuring high-quality output that meets brand guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute video concepts that deliver Cure Clinics’ vision and objectives. Proactively develop and suggest video projects which support these aims.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, AI and advancements in video editing software and techniques and implement them as appropriate. Suggest new tools and techniques that should be adopted and built into our overall workflow.
- Manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Maintain an organised and efficient video editing workflow, ensuring files are properly labelled, archived, easily accessible and secure.
- Develop and implement video styles, formats, and standards to increase engagement, interest, and impact. Ensuring content is tailored and crafted for each audience and platform.

**About You**
- 2-3 years’ experience as part of an in-house agency team (media or creative).
- A quick learner and creative thinker with hands-on experience creating content for brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and a strong understanding of brand voice and tone.
- Experience in creating a range of content across different platforms, with experience in shooting and editing content from phone and/or working with filmmakers and freelancers
- An excellent storyteller and communicator, with creative flair and strong attention to detail
- A passion for creating content that inspires, educates, and celebrates community.
- Strong at planning, organising, prioritising, and executing simultaneous projects.
- Familiarity with industry-leading CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk or Hootsuite is a must.
- A passion for photography, videography and visual storytelling is a must.
- Strong understanding of marketing platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
- Expertise in using graphic design and video editing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Experience in creating engaging content for successful marketing campaigns.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for staying updated with the latest social media trends, AI technologies, and industry developments
