Integral to this role is customer service. This means being a pro at maintaining a healthy balance between delivering on our customers’ needs and expectations, while managing a dynamic and varied workload. Every day you’ll manage multiple queries all with the aim of ensuring all queries are dealt with within agreed timeframes, enabling our advisers to get the best outcome for their clients.

You love mentoring others and get a real kick out of encouraging the right behaviors. You’ll set the bar high on performance even when stretching for the team, creating a team environment where high performance is the norm.

**Specific Role Responsibilities**
- Driving reduction of error escalations through trend analysis
- Providing technical and complex support across the department, reducing pressure points in team by being the ‘go to’ person for complex cases
- Sharing best practice on complex queries
- Carrying out sentiment and feedback investigation analysis, as well as supporting with adviser feedback analysis
- Being a champion of the department's ‘Good News Stories’ across the wider business
- Supporting change and testing for new system functionality and system upgrades
- Working with our customers who will benefit from an improved service as we appreciate that sometimes we have to work outside our usual remit to achieve best results

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience in the financial services industry, ideally in (but not limited to) Onshore/Offshore Bonds, pensions and bereavement queries
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Able to prioritise the high impact work, but never neglect the details
- Excellent communication skills - we need you to be completely comfortable representing our culture and values, with an emphasis on a speedy, friendly style
- Able to anticipate the needs of those you work with, juggling changing priorities
- The ability to think laterally and come up with new solutions to old problems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
