Position Overview:
Tasked with parts and service revenue growth and building relationships over the telephone, the IBSR will proactively call customers following receipt of preventative maintenance reports and service reports. They will act as a point of contact providing quotations and offering solutions within an agreed region.

We are looking for a customer focused and hardworking sales professional to act as a point of contact providing quotations and offering solutions within an agreed region.

Major Job Functions:
- Incremental Business - Follow up on engineer’s service reports, quoting remedial repairs and generally other revenue generating streams.- Follow up on FinCam (inspection camera technology) leads and other inspection reports.- Personal Development - Attend regional meetings and interact with regional sales team to aid incremental sales.- Lead Generation - Share accounts with field sales reps, maintaining regular call cycle with customer, offering promotions, processing orders and supporting field sales rep as required.

Specific Skills:

- Essential_- Experience within a proactive outbound B2B sales environment- Professional telephone manner- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills- Good communication and customer service skills- Innovative thinking coupled with creative problem-solving skills- Self-motivation and a drive to succeed- Ability and drive to collaborate across departments- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Desirable_- Sales experience within a similar industry- Ability to update and utilise a CRM system to maintain regular contact and track potential customer requirements- Good PC skills coupled with the ability to learn new systems

Knowledge:
- Knowledge and appreciation of the sales process

Education & Experience:
- Experience in service administration or a related customer service for a minimum of 2 years- Basic understanding of engineering principles

- Receive and action PM reports and service reports- Proactively contact customers to provide a quotation and offer a solution- Lead generate for regional sales personnel- Seek and close sales opportunities- Follow up with customers on quotes not converted to orders- Effective maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring all details are accurately recorded- Utilise marketing campaigns, promotions and events- Develop strong relationships with prospect and assigned customers- Connect with key decision makers- Promote all aspects of Finning; including parts and service- Build strong relationships with contracts, parts and service teams and regional sales
