**What We Are Looking For...**:
This role sits within our Production team, scheduling our Ecommerce studio spaces and teams, using your strong organisation and analytical skills to develop workflow efficiencies and structures for the Ecomm studio.

**Responsibilities**:

- You’ll mentor and develop the studio assistant that report into this role, working closely with stylist and creatives in our fast-paced studio.
- You’ll have ownership on the daily studio schedule, building teams for each studio spaces with full time and freelancer teams.
- You’ll be responsible for overseeing and implementing scheduling strategy on a daily basis, to ensure all new product moves through a seamless process within the agreed timeframe.
- Build processes and implement department strategies for efficient and quality curated shoots.
- Provide strategies and solutions to ensure we are maximising the studio team and space to deliver on brand assets consistently.
- You’ll build weekly shoot schedules with support of the Creative Ops lead, cascading out to the wider business to gives viability of when SKUs will be shoot, sending out daily calls to your freelance bookings.
- As Studio Ops Scheduler you’ll also work closely with our Retouch team, providing forecasted numbers, so they can plan their workload.
- Working with Art Directors to schedule the studio spaces, shooting, maintenance, and creative testing.
- With support of Creative Ops lead and Senior Producer build strong freelance teams, schedule test shoots and new talent for the studio.
- Working closely with Creative Ops lead, design reporting systems to ensure for accurate recording and analysis of all department KPI’s to drive data for future forecasting.
- Ensure all studios have the optimum quantity of product for each shoot. Build strong relations with the wider business, esp. Merch teams, Fashion and Enrichment to support best practice and always be seeking solution to help the smooth running of the Ecomm studio.
- You’ll working with our Model Booker to juggle model options and reshuffle studio to get the best outcome, support scheduling model casting for new protentional RI faces.
- You’ll have a natural passion and aptitude for organising, production workflows and product traffic.
- You’ll be proficient in using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, and creating charts for reporting
