**Job Description**:
As the Shoot producer, you will manage the image productions for COS to create visual assets for seasonal brand campaigns, collaborations, events and partnerships as well as store expansion activities.

**What you will do**:

- Accountable for the end-to-end management of our shoot productions, including budgets.
- Establish a collaborative and efficient internal workflow for all shoot productions
- Act as point of contact and manage supplier network, ensuring a strong relationship between COS and fashion production industry, i.e. agents, production companies, photographers and stylists
- Support Art Directors in managing logistics for talent sourcing and establish a data bank of suppliers, in line with the COS brand aesthetic and quality requirements
- Establish contracts; negotiate prices, usage rights and logistics requirements, liaise with Comms/Marketing regarding media planning
- Oversee production and booking of all crew and suppliers, including set designers, studio, photographer, models, hair & make up, stylists etc
- Set shoot schedule and coordinate across internal departments, work on a fast pace, plan and drive projects forward, meet deadlines
- Build a good reputation for the brand and negotiate rates reconciling vendor invoices/contracts and analysing actuals for future cost savings
- Source new talent and production partners, build, update, and maintain a COS production bank including models, locations, studios and suppliers, in line with brand ID strategy and values
- Utilise your experience in high level shoot production from beginning to end, still imagery and film, and have some comprehension of shoot equipment
- Take a hands-on approach to ensure talent and suppliers' well-being and that we meet health & safety requirements on every shoot
- Assist on post-production up until final asset delivery

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in a producer or shoot coordinator role, leading large-scale projects, ideally within the fashion industry
- Experienced in managing budgets
- Ability to work in fast paced environments with a high volume of work.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills to keep projects running on time and smoothly
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
