**Our Role**:
The e-com Shoot Producer is responsible for the production and administration of the e-com photography for adult clothing on The White Company web sites, UK and internationally.

Reporting to the Senior Shoot Producer, the Shoot Producer is responsible for the commissioning and logistic delivery of all photographic image requirements; from co-ordinating samples, management of external shoot studios for model shots and cut-outs, preparation of meta data, marking up digital assets, and ensuring shots are uploaded to the sites to the deadlines required.

An experience negotiator and organiser, the e-com Shoot Producer will develop and maintain relationships with external photographic suppliers, ensuring that best value is secured constantly. Working closely with Art Directors, Photographers, and stylists to deliver the imagery required to support the seasonal collections on-line.

Experienced in clothing e-com photography, the Shoot Producer will have an excellent eye for detail, and what works on-line for our discerning customers. Confident, motivated, and comfortable working autonomously, they will be passionate about quality, and bursting with new and innovative ways to improve our e-com standards.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Main duties include, but are not limited to the following;
- Manage the set-up, administration, pre-production, post
- production and logistic implementation of still shoots, and video.
- Plan the seasonal shoot schedule, incorporating the multiple conflicting priorities, channel requirements, sample availability, and multi-channel deadlines.
- Manage the end to end process within the confines of the allocated budget.
- Manage the end to end life cycle of images, tracking and interfacing with internal and external image management processes - re-touching - design - artwork
- repro.
- Plan shoot schedules using the product meta data. Post shoot, concatenate the image and meta data and upload to the DAM, creating workroom tasks and fully annotating all model and cut out images for re-touching.
- Collate the photographic requirements across multiple channels, by category - seeking out and co-ordinating the seasonal business needs. Identifying opportunities to avoid duplication, and achieve economies of scale.
- Liaison with B&M, Creative (Design and Art Direction) and Production to secure approvals, annotate re-touching requirements, and manage sample swatches.
- Maintain a continuous budget tracker, reconciling invoices against purchase orders issued and reconciling by period against set budget.
- Manage usage rights and negotiate by channel and territory securing lowest possible exposure to cost and risk.
- Manage castings
- Manage out-fit planning and accurate communication of requirement to Art Director

**The skills & experience that you’ll need**:

- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience producing photography for retail, preferably internationally.
- Experienced in producing women’s e-com photography
- Understanding and experience of all digital photographic formats, including 360º and video.
- Detailed understanding of digital photography processes and related software - Capture One, Adobe Creative suite and understanding of digital asset management.
- Ability to make sound decisions, focus on detail, and problem solve.
- Excellent communicator and exceptionally organised.
