Job Overview

The ASOS Junior Shoot Producer plays a pivotal role in producing high-quality shoots from pre-production to post-production, ensuring timely delivery of assets for the ASOS website.


Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-plan and produce shoots, addressing any shoot list issues and resolving flagged reshoots to guarantee accurate imagery.
  • Lead morning Shoot Briefings, ensuring clear expectations and adherence to shoot guides.
  • Quality check images for alignment with shoot guides and maintain shoot guides consistently up to date.
  • Oversee the US stock image transfer process, uploading brand images and resolving daily email queries from Retail teams.
  • Coordinated image transfers, alt image requests, and queries from Retail, ensuring efficient resolution and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop strong relationships with Shoot Operations, Retail, and Post-Production teams, championing ASOS values and excellent brand awareness.
  • Engage in training and development initiatives, projecting the ASOS behaviours policy and demonstrating a professional presence in and around the business.
  • Stay up to date with relevant trends and their relation to ASOS, contributing to the development of creative knowledge and keeping shoots relevant and aspirational.

Requirements

  • Experience in the fashion ecommerce or fashion background, with excellent communication skills to build relationships internally.
  • Self-motivated, willing to go the extra mile, with excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, understanding of catwalk and street style trends, and the ability to see how these will apply to the ASOS customer.
  • Ability to rapidly adapt to change, embracing ASOS Studio culture, with team player qualities and a willingness to learn.
  • Loves ASOS.com, with a passion for the brand and its mission.
