We have had proven success of training and developing Apprentices and are proud that we can offer those who successfully complete their Apprenticeships a full time permanent position.

**To be successful you will have the following skills and experience**:

- Excellent Interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to build relationships
- Enthusiastic, Driven and Ambitious
- Strong communication skills
- Goal orientated with an appetite to succeed
- Enthusiasm for new challenges and eagerness to drive career

You will also be required to hold the below as a minimum:
GCSE Maths & English Language - Level 4 / Grade C or above

Initial 18 month Fixed Term Contract, (moving to a permanent role) on successful completion of all the Apprenticeship requirements.
