Accountabilities:

- Ability to work with sales team to support the design and configuration of vendor solutions to meet customer requirement
- Become an expert on Chrome OS
- Evangelize Chrome OS within the partner sales network
- Support creation/update of sales playbook for key Chrome use cases
- Support sales enablement activities for sellers/tech sellers
- Support growth of the Chrome sales pipeline
- Support pre-sales, deployment and adoption activities with customer engagements
- Drive and support the creation of Chrome services capabilities
- Build and maintain a close relationship with the Google Partner Sales Engineering team
- Share key reporting metrics with Google Partner Sales Engineering team
- Works closely with partners Chrome technical consultants
- Provision of an outstanding quality of service and meet predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs)
- Respond quickly to queries or customer care issues
- Communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, priority management and planning skills
- Existing knowledge of product and technology portfolio is desirable and we are especially searching for someone who has a strong knowledge of Google Chrome

Personnel will:
