Required Knowledge:

- Cisco Webex Suite
- Cisco Webex Dedicated Instance

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning, evaluating, and coordinating installation and/or reconfiguration of hardware and software elements of data and/or voice communication networks
- Monitoring system performance and providing security measures, troubleshooting and maintenance as needed
- Perform day-to-day activities required to manage Voice services, such as design, implementation, and management, to include troubleshooting of complex VOIP issues
- Performs testing, provision, operations, and emergency response for ongoing VOIP network operations
- Management and troubleshooting Cisco Analog and Digital voice gateways and devices, including ISR's, VG's, CUBE Cisco IP phone provisioning
- Creation of, and provide technical input and directions regarding system architecture to the organizational business units, and end customers.
- Providing technical input and guidance to Project Managers during through the lifecycle of a project
- Responsible for successfully completing assignments on time and within budget
- Deploy and turn-up Collaboration deployments as per Designs

Mandatory Technical certifications:

- Cisco Collaboration CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)
- Cisco Routing & Switching CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
- Cisco Collaboration CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert
