Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for sales? TD SYNNEX is actively seeking an Internal Sales Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our Cisco division by focusing on maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, efficiently managing quotes and facilitating order closures.

Responsibilities:

Build excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement.Generate new business opportunities within our existing partner base by planning outbound calls to customers. Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets.Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts.Engages in active inside selling by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilises this to maximise call potential and outcomes.Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions.Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition.Identifying project opportunities and engages with Business Development Managers if specific product/ vendor knowledge is required.Providing accurate and timely quotations.Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting.Ensure Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is well maintained and provides correct customer information.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.Strives to achieve set targets.Numerate with good attention to detail.Priority management and planning skills.Good relationship building.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.Ideal candidates will have some previous sales experience but this is not essential.
