**Maternity Cover - 12 mth fixed term contract**

As Internal Sales Specialist - Cisco, you will be the first point of contact for TD SYNNEX's customers portraying a professional and confident manner that delivers excellent customer satisfaction. You will build and maintain an active customer base and develop new sales opportunities to achieve the sales targets.

Accountabilities:

- Build Excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge under supervision
- Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and can have a general conversation around a solution/product area
- Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets
- Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts
- Engages in active inside selling by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilises this to maximise call potential and outcomes
- Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
- Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as customer engagement
- Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition
- Develops partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.)
- Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities
- Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting
- Ensure CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer information
