Lead Technical & Design Engineer - Valves - Position Overview


Sizing valves

Taking a lead in design engineering

CAD skills

The Valves Engineer will lead the design and manufacturing process and support the product development

• Using Solid Edge

Create and review valve specifications , calculations and data sheets in a heavily regulated industry.

•Deliver project documentation and specifications with clients and colleagues to ensure quality, functionality and compliance.

•Selecting and sourcing materials required used in the construction of industrial products..

•Produce and maintain Engineering drawings and bill of materials to allow manufacture of components.

•Assisting with the implementation of the engineering document and component system

Ensuring standards are met

Customer Project Management

Application Engineering

Instrumentation

Acting as a pivot between sales and engineering


Lead Technical & Design Engineer - Valves Position Requirements


Experienced engineer with experience in valves or similar


Lead Technical & Design Engineer - Valves Position Remuneration


Salary dependent on experience but likely £45k-£55k

Flexible hours

37.5 hour week

Hybrid work available (2 days working from home a week)

Generous holiday Scheme 25 days a year plus 8 statutory days
