Lead Technical & Design Engineer - Valves - Position Overview Sizing valves Taking a lead in design engineering CAD skills The Valves Engineer will lead the design and manufacturing process and support the product development of self acting pressure regulators and pilot operated control valves Using Solid EdgeCreate and review valve specifications , calculations and data sheets in a heavily regulated industry. Deliver project documentation and specifications with clients and colleagues to ensure quality, functionality and compliance. Selecting and sourcing materials required used in the construction of industrial products.. Produce and maintain Engineering drawings and bill of materials to allow manufacture of components. Assisting with the implementation of the engineering document and component systemEnsuring standards are met Customer Project Management Application Engineering Instrumentation Acting as a pivot between sales and engineering Lead Technical & Design Engineer - Valves Position Requirements Experienced engineer with experience in valves or similar Lead Technical & Design Engineer - Valves Position Remuneration Salary dependent on experience but likely £45k-£55k Flexible hours (core hours 07:00-15:30 but can start later if needed) 37.5 hour week Hybrid work available (2 days working from home a week) Generous holiday Scheme 25 days a year plus 8 statutory days Market leading Pension Scheme Scope to progress within the company On site parking Sick Pay Bennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
