**JOB BRIEF**

Ridiculously Rich by Alana are looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team in their bakery in Aberystwyth. With the business expanding and our cakes in more demand than ever, you will be joining a busy and enthusiastic team working from the head office.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

This role will encompass several general office tasks, you will be working as part of a small team assisting other office based members and additional tasks may vary on a weekly basis.
- General Office Admin tasks i.e. filing, printing, and general paperwork
- Organisation of food accreditation paperwork and systems
- Assisting with Order Processing including reporting, organising and updating where required
- Ingredient & Packaging Stock Takes - ordering of more stock when required
- Assisting with Logistics - booking in collections and creating required paperwork i.e. Delivery Notes
- PA responsibilities for the Director
- Maintaining a clean office & surrounding areas

**KEY SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Ability to work well individually, take initiative and contribute to a team
- Hard working and ability to work under pressure/to strict deadlines
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Focused and able to switch from task to task when required
- Excellent communications skills
- Passion and enthusiasm, positive attitude and motivated

The Admin Assistant will be required to work from the bakery premises in Aberystwyth.

Role will begin as 15 hours a week, Wednesday to Friday, with the aim to increase hours to a full time role over 4-6 months.

(occasional overtime and weekend hours may be required during busy periods)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour

Schedule:
