Project Support Officer; Ceredigion, West Wales; 12-month Contract;£14.50ph PAYE; Inside IR35

We are looking for a Project Support Officer / administrator to be based on site at West Wales Airport. The Project Support Officer role is critical to the smooth and safe running of the operation, responsible for project and team support tasks including office administration and the handling of information essential for the safe conduct of flights. This part of if client's business is a high-profile capability, and regularly hosts VIP visits to site, for which the post holder is responsible for ensuring that administrative arrangements are in place and run to plan. This key role is an important focal point for a busy team, reliant on the support Duties

• Book and amend travel arrangements for team members and internal visitors • Plan administrative arrangements for visits to site including high profile VIP visits • Plan administrative arrangements for team events, such as training days • Create entries and upload documents to online document management system • Capture flight operations data and compile standard data reports for management review • Conduct routine checks and update of configuration controlled hard copy documents • Prepare meeting invitations, agendas and slide packs, and produce minutes for routine management and technical meetings • Monitor and order office equipment/equipment/stationery • Conduct preparations for new starters including ordering of equipment, booking induction packages, security arrangements and access to required systems • Conduct routine archiving of key flight operations documentation • Create purchase orders • Act as point of contact for suppliers of aviation planning publications

Skills Essential Previous team administration / project administration or secretarial experience High standard of competence in MS Office applications and ability to become competent operating internal software systems Proactive with good attention to detail Stakeholder management

Experience: Essential Administration experience within an office environment Experience producing detailed meeting minutes

Desirable Experience providing administrative support in a technical environment with administrative systems that contribute to the safety of the operation Morson is acting as an employment business in relation to this vacancy
