Greeting and Welcoming Guests: Welcome guests to the hotel in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Reservation Management: Handle guest reservations, including making new bookings, modifying existing reservations, and cancellations.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is entered into the hotel's reservation system.
Assist guests in choosing the most suitable accommodation options based on their needs and preferences.

Front Desk Operations: Answer telephone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide necessary information to guests and other departments.
Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Cash Handling and Billing: Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods following hotel policies and procedures.
Prepare invoices, check-outs, and ensure billing accuracy.

Administrative Tasks: Keep an updated log of guest information, arrivals, departures, and special requests.
Assist in preparing reports, managing correspondence, and performing general administrative duties.
Maintain and update guest records and databases.

Safety and Security: Follow hotel security protocols to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and the property.
Monitor the lobby area and report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
Provide assistance during emergency situations, such as evacuations or medical emergencies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
