**Client Liaison - Front of House Team (Full-Time)**

**The role is full time (8:45am - 5:30pm) and includes working every Saturday with a set day off in the week. You will also be required to work one Wednesday in three from the hours of 9:45am-6:30pm.**

**Location**: Dignity Pet Crematorium, Odiham Road, Winchfield, Hook, Hampshire RG27 8BU (Inaccessible by public transport)

**The role of Client Liaison**

As you will be the primary point of contact for families, prior experience in customer service is essential. We are looking for someone who can drive our values through the business and go above and beyond to help our bereaved clients, who need to use our service at what is an incredibly sad time for them.

You will be the main point of contact for clients as we handle their journey through Dignity with their pets in a dignified, compassionate, caring way and professional manner. You will ensure excellent attention to detail in all aspects of client’s details and pet’s cremation from drop off, to collection or scattering/burial. Day to day duties will include meeting clients and delivering excellent client care when clients are bringing their pets in, saying goodbye, and collecting their pets’ ashes/memorials.

No two days are the same, every pet we care for is at the heart and soul of what we do, and we treat each pet as if they were our own. Our team all aim to create a fitting, fully-personalised tribute to the life of a loved one.

This role can be demanding, challenging and ultimately very rewarding. However, it is not for everyone.

Applicants will need to have a range of skills to be able to deal with often stressful and emotional situations, whilst also demonstrating compassion and empathy to all callers, no matter what the situation.

**About you**

You will need to be compassionate, empathetic, solution focused, and dynamic with great communication skills, polite etiquette, and a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be open, honest, enthusiastic, proactive, and resilient.

You will need to be highly supportive of other team members and care deeply for all the families that we help.

Starting salary of £23,595 increasing after probation to £24,453.
