Due to **continued growth **the position of **HR Advisor **has become available to join our** growing** **team. **The HR Team work dynamically, and this role will require travel across parts of the UK, including weekly travel to **Heathrow.**

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

The HR Advisor is responsible for working with managers within their region of responsibility, providing HR support to all live project sites. No one day will be the same You will be building your career in a challenging role, working with great autonomy in a very supportive team.

**Role Requirements**
- Previous experience as an HR Advisor in a complex setting along with CIPD level 5 or above
- Experience and ability to demonstrate working at this level in a complex and fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders in multiple locations
- Sound knowledge and interest of UK employment law and experience of dealing with TUPE, mergers & acquisitions, and employee & industrial relations issues
- Full driving liscence

- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
