**Purpose of the role:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage end to end recruitment for assigned vacancies globally
- Ensure all recruitment and hiring practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Proven experience as an operational recruiter
- Experience of working with global teams, across different timezones is preferable
- Strong sourcing experience across multiple platforms, in multiple locations
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and HR regulations.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs.
- Broad knowledge of recruitment and latest recruitment developments. Ideally you will have experience of working with global teams, across different time zones
