**About the role**:
This role focuses on supporting multiple teams mainly in our xxx sectors to deliver organisational performance through safe, impactful and human-led AI.
We want to ensure that our teams have excellent skills, systems and processes to deliver services to clients, and the new Team Operations Coordinator role is crucial to building and executing on these.
Acting in an internal-facing capacity, you will be responsible for building, advising and iterating on processes, working closely with both Technical and Commercial Leadership teams, as well as with our Finance team and central functions.
**What you’ll be doing**
As part of your day-to-day job, you can expect your key responsibilities to include:
Team support
- Harness the power of data to improve processes and drive positive change through creating management information dashboards, utilising our BI tools, automating processes and championing the need for data quality.
- Build & maintain a sense of community with the teams you work, organising frequent team social events and activities.
- Help facilitate strategic discussions by diarising time for leaders, booking rooms, taking notes & following up on actions.
- Stay aligned with Faculty’s central teams (Finance, Onboarding, Talent Acquisition and Commercial Operations Team) to ensure cohesion between the business unit's and company systems. and provide operational support on budgets, billing and hiring.
Project management
- Build an understanding of, and keep up with industry standards and project management principles
- Support the day to day team rhythms and meetings, ensuring meetings have relevant agenda items & share actions
- Execute actions and manage teams’ competing priorities under the direction of leadership
- Know when to escalate risks and issues identified by project teams
Resource management
- Respond to requests for staffing resource: know the right processes, find suitable options and communicate them clearly
- Get up to speed with our resourcing system (Mavenlink) and be able to extract information in order to inform decisions and understands what the data is telling us
Delivery support
- Track the delivery of projects ensuring delivery leads and leadership have visibility of budgets & margins.
- Understands basic project budget data, and is able to highlight and describe any issues (projects being over or under budget) to the project lead, and support them to take corrective action where needed.
- Work closely with our client delivery teams, identifying where they may need support to thrive, and feeding back and resolving issues;
