Customer Support Administrator

**Location**: 21 Albert Drive, Burgess Hill, RH15 9TN West Sussex
**Type**: Permanent, Full Time
**Hours**: 37.5 hours/5 days per week, Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00pm
**Salary**: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, staff discount and attendance bonus
**Reporting to**: Customer Support Manager
Main Responsibilities
This role would suit someone with previous administration and customer service experience. The role will suit an individual who can manage their own workload and be organised in order to ensure all key deadlines are met. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
This varied role will involve providing support to our engineering team. Key tasks will include:
- Preparing repair quotes
- Insurance claims for
- Supporting stores with pricing queries
- Organising periodic service visits
- Managing scooter trade-ins
Skills Needed
- Good communication skills - written, listening and verbal
- Able to prioritise and manage own workload and take ownership of tasks
- Self-motivated and organised
- IT Literate, Word, Excel and Outlook
