Administrative Customer Liaison

Job Description:
- Manage key customer accounts and provide exceptional service to clients.
- Support and cover other Customer Service Desks within the department as needed.
- Filing and general office tasks including filing and data entry.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Previous experience working within a customer service team.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent planning, organisation, and time-keeping skills.
Benefits:
- This is a dayshift position with a 4 on 4 off roster, providing a good work-life balance.
- The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
