About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Malcolm Group's Haydock depot. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts and providing exceptional service to clients.

Job Description:
  • Manage key customer accounts and provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Support and cover other Customer Service Desks within the department as needed.
  • Filing and general office tasks including filing and data entry.

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Previous experience working within a customer service team.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent planning, organisation, and time-keeping skills.

Benefits:
  • This is a dayshift position with a 4 on 4 off roster, providing a good work-life balance.
  • The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
