**Operations Support Team at Navitas**

**The Role**
**Our Operations Support Team provide first line support to our customers, management team and Consultants. There’s a wide range of clients, from award winning fish and chip shops to Michelin Star restaurants, to global coffee and burger chains.**
**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- **Responding to and managing customer queries**:
- **Daily logging in of work for Finance team and checking reports are submitted**:
- **Supporting with administrative support**:
- **Booking appointments for Consultants**:
- **Assisting with allocation of workload/scheduling jobs**
- **You must have**:
- **Strong verbal and written communication skills**:
- **IT literate**:
- **Excellent customer service skills**:
- **Excellent telephone manner**:
- **Ability to work under pressure and in a busy environment**:
- **Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload**:
- **Excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage multiple customer requirements**:
- **You must also be fluent in English**:
- **Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages**
**The position is generally remote however it will be necessary to work in our Head Office at Fosse Park up to 2 days per week**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
